Scope
Use the Turkey Passport for current structured rules
The 100-day rule is per rental, not an annual allowance. A short-term tourism permit, building consent and platform requirements are separate from an ordinary long-term lease.
OwnASea separates ownership, immigration, citizenship, tax, tourism, banking, cadastral procedure and building-risk evidence. Conditional and under-review facts are never reduced to a simple yes/no answer.

100 days means per rental, not per year
Tourism-purpose rental requires the relevant permit and, for standard apartment buildings, the prescribed condominium consent. A property used as the basis of a property-residence application may also have a residence-use conflict with rental.

What to remember
- Use the Turkey Passport and current official source for the exact asset, address and procedure.
- Do not treat an under-review fact as a verified national rule.
- Property ownership, residence address, citizenship and tax residency are separate statuses.
- 100 days is the maximum single tourism rental threshold, not an annual allowance.
- DASK is insurance, not a structural-safety certificate; kat irtifakı is not automatically illegal.
- Confirm significant decisions with TKGM, Göç İdaresi, GİB, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism or a qualified professional.
