OwnaSea

Property ownership abroad, explained.

Evidence & provenance

Property data is useful only when its boundary is visible.

OwnaSea uses official law, tax, registry and statistical sources across eight markets. Every legal, ownership, tax, residency, inheritance, mortgage or rental-rule claim must be checked against a relevant primary source before publication. Secondary media and social discussions are discovery signals, not legal evidence.

Our principal property-market sources

Official statistics and property registries form the base layer. Central banks provide mortgage, credit and financial-stability context. Audited property intelligence may add project-level detail when its provenance, definitions and observation date stay visible.

Every source, one clear link.

35 registered sources across Europe and the Black Sea markets we cover.

What we do not combine silently

Asking prices ≠ transactions. Advertisement data can describe seller expectations; it does not prove the achieved sale price.

Projects ≠ listings. One development may have several towers, phases, spellings and broker pages.

Indices ≠ euro prices. An index measures change within a defined sample and base period.

Sources ≠ partners. Citing a public dataset does not imply a commercial relationship.
