Residency Through Property in Croatia
A Croatian title deed may support an application for temporary stay for “other purposes”, but ownership is not a Golden Visa, permanent residence or citizenship route.
Scope
Use the Croatia Passport for current structured rules
A Croatian title deed may support an application for temporary stay for “other purposes”, but ownership is not a Golden Visa, permanent residence or citizenship route.
The MUP “other purposes” route is conditional, subject to immigration requirements and reapplication limits. Property ownership does not by itself grant residence, work rights, permanent stay or citizenship.
